The legal basis for data processing is Article 6 (1) lit. (b) DSGVO, which authorises the processing of data for the fulfilment of a contract or pre-contractual measures, the Federal Privacy Act (BDSG) and the Tele-Media Act (TMG).
We would like to point out that data transmission on the Internet (e.g. when communicating via e-mail) can have security gaps. It is not possible to completely protect the data from access by third parties.

Access data includes: Name of the downloaded Web page, file, date and time of retrieval, transferred data quantity, message about successful retrieval, browser type and version, the operating system of the user, referrer URL (the previously visited page), IP address and the Requesting providers. The provider uses the log data only for statistical evaluations for the purpose of operation, security and optimization of the offer. However, the provider reserves the right to check the log data retrospectively if, on the basis of concrete evidence, the legitimate suspicion of illegal use exists.
Automatically saved data:
- Browsertype and Browserversion
- used OS and type of device
- Referrer URL
- Hostname of your device

- click and movements anonymous

This includes, for example, information about the gender you are, which browser you use, or which car brand you prefer.

We do not pass on this data without your consent. The processing of the data entered in the contact form is therefore exclusively based on your consent (art. 6 para. 1 lit. a DSGVO). You can revoke this consent at any time. An informal message will be sent to us by e-mail. The legality of the data processing operations until the withdrawal is not affected by the revocation. The data entered by you in the contact form will remain with us until you ask us for deletion, revoke your consent to the storage or the purpose for the data storage is omitted (e.g. after completion of your request). Mandatory statutory provisions – in particular retention periods – remain unaffected.
All further inquiries will be made by email only, irrespective of the contact forms provided. (use of a mailto anchor)
